…:Generally, members of the microbiome get on well with their host. They digest complex carbohydrates that human enzymes cannot handle, thus increasing the nutritional value of food. They also fend off infections by hostile bugs. But, as with any partnership, the interests of the partners are not always in perfect alignment, and Dr Hazen thinks the processing of red meat is an example of such misalignment. The mismatch in question revolves around a molecule called carnitine. This chemical helps transport fatty acids inside cells, and red meat is rich in it. Dr Hazen thinks that when it is metabolised by gut bacteria, a chain of events begins that results in atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries).”…

Through time and ALL BIOLOGICAL Life from simplest to complex, partnerships have resulted being simpler and more complicated ones as a means of finding the shortest route from point A to point B with as little compromise to the original organisms as possible. Over time they have evolved in process to adapt to changing circumstances where 2 or more biological entities have participated as a whole for survival purposes.

Bacteria while not being the simplest and lowest common denominator has been the most effective in not only surviving in extreme environments, but also profiting from it rather ingeniously all without True Conscious intent, but by simply using the dynamics of gross environmental YIN/YANG opposite NRGYs present since the dawn of our own planet and LIFE on earth. It has been the true natural BIOLOGICAL GAME CHANGER above all else.

Within the context of Human Evolution with the millions of differentiated cells within our physical systems, Bacteria was a natural outcome to help reduce our own complex evolutionary development from the standpoint of EFFICIENT NRGY PRODUCTION AND MANAGEMENT.

While there are many types of Bacteria, only certain ones have been able to make transformative leaps of change from both it’s own survival mechanisms and incorporate those into Human Evolutionary co-existence for the benefit of both.

The PRIMARY REASON for this symbiotic relationship is simple – BACTERIA have learned through time that the MOST IMPORTANT THING for their own survival is ‘HEAT’. And depending on which type, they have differing ‘HEAT’ needs in order to survive. The ones contained in our own intestinal GUT BIOSPHERE’ just happened to be around at the right place and time during our own evolutionary processes as humans. That it produces secondary ‘CHEMICALS’ as a result of it’s own metabolism to bacteria – that is a non-issue. But for humans and other animals that makes all the difference in the world from an NRGY standpoint. Both benefit because of the other.

If you can understand the principle of a co-managed system – then it’s easy to make the connections between the two. From our multiple original ancestors on the road to survival of the fittest, those who hunted for food such as it was, generated lots of ‘HEAT’ themselves in the hunt for food. For the most efficient digestion of food in the ‘GUT’, bacteria fit the bill on ‘how’ to expedite the process as efficiently as possible to the mutual benefit of both.

Over time human evolutionary change brought about bacterial evolutionary change. Some good some not so good, depending on MACROCOSMIC NRGY systems – such as super heated global environments as when the dinosaurs thrived. The subsequent cooling off period introduced a need to adapt and change for humans as well as bacteria.

Fast forward to our recent era in time – let us say for argument’s sake the last 10,000 years and with our change from more of a hunter gather standpoint to agricultural sedate lifestyle, bacteria has either had to adapt or perish and take us with them as they were no longer able to help us and themselves in terms of a synergistic process.

Those bacteria that we have today are closely linked but not entirely to those transformation periods of hunter/agriculture changes. Today’s bacteria are in a state of CHAOS. The reason is simple. We have altered both the animals we eat and their own food supplies and consequently the bacteria themselves contained in those animals. Furthermore, with the introduction on massive scales of anti-biotic drugs – WHILE NOBLE IN PURPOSE AND REASON, they’re over prescription has led to an assault on both our human bodies and those of our intestinal GUT bacteria attempting to survive these changes.

With intestinal GUT FLORA being transient and subjected to rapid changes in short order of time, bacteria has simply decided for the time being to do what it does best – divide and multiple to distribute it’s own risk as a survival strategy. The problem with that is that it creates loopback problems within the context of the human body. More bacteria up and down like yo-yo’s and we get HIGHS and LOWS of ‘HEAT’ generation and illness due to the need to find EN-TROPIC ways of homeostasis stability.

Bacteria is only acting our in response to it’s environment – that’s it that’s all. And it as a species within our GUTS are under assault.

So the alarm bells and whistles blow when we eat high levels of ‘DOMESTICATED’ ANIMALS with multiple drugs and bacterial responses within their own systems and those within ours.

If you add insult to injury, as humans well we ingest a whole slew of things(ie – consciously/subconsciously live in stressful conditions) that impacts the whole body and it’s abilities to co-exist with the results of what GUT bacteria is doing in response to it’s own survival strategies.

Finally while it is possible to return our intestinal GUT bacteria to a more orderly process of stabilization, doing so has an enormous cost. From a simple Vegetarian / Macrobiotic Dietary approach and PERSPECTIVE with respect to good bacteria, you would have to be in almost total isolation from contact with all other humans to avoid cross-contamination and back to the way things were with old and confused intestinal GUT bacteria. You have to remember that it’s no contest between simple slow bacterial growth that is adapting using time techniques rather than super charged I must survive at all costs with ALPHA dominance by using the divide and multiple principle of millions of bacteria in guarantee success. The results in our GUTS and bodies is ‘SUPER HEATED’ body extremes – which is where the problem lies.

This is where each and every person has a duty and obligation to themselves only to find what works for them at this present point in time. It is naive and simplistic to suggest on is better than the other. We have come to far in the evolutionary process to make wholesale changes that would impact humanity as a whole. However with that said, bacteria might be the ones to make that decision for us. Chicken or egg of which is which that takes the necessary steps and measures for the greater good.

Humanity currently is in a GREAT STATE OF FLUX concerning it’s human existence within BODILY FORM. My suggestion is to revise and reduce and manage changes in a way that people can make choices for themselves and for humanity’s own evolutionary genetic changes in ways that helps to insure it’s success rather than cuts it off short.
