It ferries you back and forth endless times between Life & NRGY. It feeds and needs all biological Life for it to function. Repeat ad infinite until such time that you are so worn out and not recognizable that you become a former ghost of yourself looking nothing like your Original Universal Nature. Expendable and without value, whatever remains in particles/waves gets sucked into the vortex of Death’s domain – lost forever with no escape. The only way to not get sucked into this deadly trap and game of Karma is to remain lean and with little excess. Temptation by ignorance(head in the sand syndrome) and denial. There are billions and billions of demons all from self-induced illusions(virtual reality – pick your 31 Flavors 24/7/365). You are attracted and tempted by that which you love most in Life and hold dear, that which is guaranteed to get you ensnared into the games and events that people play and then hold you prisoner of that reality. You become the Master of your own demise with your full co-operation by agreeing to the rules of the game at hand. This is where the Subconscious can lead you astray and in trouble real quick.

a Macrobiotic approach to diet & lifestyle. Once the concept is understood intuitively, then this Macrobiotic way of Life is to be made for your own individual need based on your own constitution/condition and not by a standard espoused by a practitioner, book or course. You own it and make it your own and adjust in time. Nothing is wrong, it is all an adjustment in time with corrections along the way. Traditional Korean diet is also a very good starting point. One must go back many years to put less emphasis on Kimchi(too much sour food) and chili spices. Other than that a more traditional way of food preparation instead of a more westernized fast-track version approach to it’s production.

Another possible way is following Oriental philosophies based on natural principles with respect to the harmony between Heaven & Earth. Again once understood, you become your own Master, not a follower of some skewed system that teaches dependence on an outside way of doing things.

Yes there is room for Indian Vedic practices and yoga. Again you need to make and own these practices.

Yes there is also room for music/dance here. It all depends on it’s nature, use and the intent upon which it is applied. In excess it leads to chaos and dissipation of it’s good qualities. If the focus becomes the noise that is mixed in with pure vibrational elements of harmony then it becomes detrimental to helping to connect disparate points and painting a complete creative picture and Masterpiece in one’s mind. Music/dance helps to redirect the focus on the thought processes of the mind and redirects it into an integrative creative mind/body/spiritual process. In the daily business of going about one’s day to day business, 99% of the people are only in their heads having forgotten their bodies until such time as they become disconnected from it and sick and tired.

Most of all along the road less traveled beware of Snake Oil Salesmen and Charlatans. Use of critical thinking is important -question absolutely everything. Shedding excess layers while going up and down ladders is a good thing.
