Self-represented litigants ‘treated with contempt’ by many judges, study finds
I can vouch for one instance in family court without either my ex-wife nor I having a lawyer present and was practically held in contempt and disdain by the presiding judge.
It seems to me that even the presence of a incompetent corrupted gay lawyer who lost his license to practice would have been better viewed and received then.
Anyways tally up the names, judges and numbers and I’ll ask for it when ready. Time to change this circle of shame within the halls of justice.
If they don’t change within the confines of the rule of law then the alternative is by public shaming then. As a last resort it’ll be by the fear of God they’ll change the hard way ! The law is the law and no man, women or person shall be deprived of it’s full legal resources and co-operation to fair proceedings under it.
