Ontario to crack down on abuse of animals in zoos, amusement parks

I can maybe understand a past era of having zoos.

However in this day and age of 3D TV’s with huge screens, documentaries, National Geographic, TLC, Discovery, etc….. it’s almost criminal to keep animals, especially those from other climates caged up and put up on display for humans to gawk at.

Turn the table on those who argue in favor of keeping animals locked up and house them in similar circumstances at the North or South Pole in cages for extended periods of time and let the animals there do the gawking. My my, would we have a change of heart.

Really, parks and zoos maybe well intentioned and take good care of animals in most cases, yet it’s not natural and normal. Especially when in the 21st Century we know better Consciously. Yes we can help in extreme cases, but only then and to return animals back to there wild habitats.

As for those who abuse them, have the law deal with them in the same manner as under human to human laws. Animals can’t communicate in our human language, so it is up to those with enough courage and conscience to act as their stewards in their best interests.

Moral and Ethical conduct with animals is important. It defines us and gives us reason to call ourselves in God’s image and creation of the principles of the Universe and Life. As sentient beings, we have all chosen that Dance of Life & NRGY. It is our common bond and path.

Ignoring and delaying doing the right thing only makes things worst down the road for our children and theirs.

Choose wisely, the other choice will only come back to haunt us in a much bigger way and fashion. The price to correct now is minuscule now that we know better.

Explore other options to bring people to animals if need be. Yep, it’ll maybe take more money & NRGY to get there. Let’s come up with more creative ways. The time of bringing animals to humans is gone. The pendulum should swing the other way. I’m not calling for Jurassic Park with Dinosaurs, but some genius out there can certainly come up with something cool.
