Globe & Mail online – AT&T dreams of a phone plan with no voice, no text: just data
Well it’s about time someone finally shouted out the words. In fact it should have happened about a good 10 years ago when Nortel hiring me in their succession group of system engineers. The word at the time was that my hiring was contingent on the fact that our “Team” the one’s responsible for the…

In the Sea of Change – the East succeeds by remembering it’s roots
If nature changes and casting for fish is no longer viable to feed the many and retain a sense of identity with the past, then casting far & wide for men/women with good solid human qualities with good grounding qualities to revive faith and bring back peace of mind & continuation for the next generations.…

Ottawa LRT – I’m surprised no one has ever mentioned Baseline/Heron Road as an option
Fits all the parameters of EAST/WEST maybe linking towards downtown where Conroy was originally suppose to be extende.d northwards. To boot, takes overburdened double lane road to twin it with LRT along Experimental Farm. In my opinion having too many east/west transit options bunched up in the same areas is very poor planning and ineffective…

As I was expecting – middle energy is unable to consolidate this year
Word for the wise – buffer up energy with cache ! Not quite energy stagnation, but rather Yin and Yang energy being pulled in opposite directions and are unable to unite or agree on the format – hence the call to stock up to ride it out for safety’s sake. Doesn’t hurt to be cautious…

Here it is
Finally living out a dream here in Alberta and Calgary. I’ m looking for a job that gives me my Baskin Ribons ice cream cake(people in the know understand) & and eat it too, no less. Hell I feel like a kid that just hit Orlando’s Walt Disney World and don’t know where to start. …

God what took me so long !
There’s no lack of work in Calgary or Alberta for sure. Biggest cringing problem is deciding which job to choose and where. Makes Ontario and Ottawa look like a black hole joining Quebec into an absys. Two founding used to be provinces almost down the gutter. Mr. Harper you have my blessing to revamp Ottawa…

Right offf the bat – very good impression however short of LRT in Calgary
Between the brief time I stepped off the plane at Calgary Airport(very well put together) to the time I took the express into downtown Calgary and stepped on the LRT, I’m impressed. Now the question begs, what the hell is the problem with Ottawa’s model on LRT. After all the money spent and the project…

Finally leaving Ottawa, but you can bet your ass I’m coming back to even the score with interest
Finally after thinking and dreaming about going to Alberta since childhood and more recently since the eighties when every customer I was serving at my Dad’s Dunkin Donuts in Gatineau was pulling up stakes and moving there, I’m westward bound tonight at 7:30pm Ottawa time. I’m expecting to hit the ground taking in Calgary for…

Was in Montreal – now in Kemptville
Went to Montreal for lots of reasons, yet before I speak about that let me just say that in the last few days, no ringing in my ears. Now that I’ve just left the Tim Hortons in Kemptville after drinking 1 cup of coffee, ringing is loud and clear as it has been while I…

Alberta bound tomorrow – let me be clear about Energy
Just in case someone thinks I’m on a mission to raise Hell about the OilSands or any other energy & resource project whether in Alberta or elsewhere. As far as anything to do with Energy, if there’s 1 pet peeve on my 2 Do List that something needs to be done about it’s this –…
