I can understand a need for governments to streamline bill, laws, rule, regulations and marching orders…
However, the lack of ethical optics of transparency are sorely straining themselves to be seen, heard publicly. Whether by bias, lack of clarity and transparency and skewed judgements.
In the administration of justice, politics once it has tabled a bill and enshrines laws for the public good…
are bound to have them tested, not only for the sake of precedence, but also too ensure that those laws adhere to Charter Rights and Freedoms and can still hold up on their own…
