Okay now that it is at a more reasonable “normal” rate….
Keep pluggin at it until inflation is back to more “normal” levels…. keeping greed in check especially with fuel prices and its impact on food…
BUT… not to stall the economy….
A PLAN to reduce interest rates for FIRST TIME BUYERS and eliminating “STRESS TESTS” first this group….
MAKES NO SENSE for a ‘STRESS’ TEST’ when interest is at a more ‘NORMAL’ level….
If interest rates need to go higher, then everyone will be on the SAME STRESS TEST BOAT anyways…
