Hmmmm, about 2 weeks ago a tanker truck on Merivale at Bentley had all rear brakes locked while driving.

Driver knew because hw was limping around just dragging the thing with what looked like a full tanker back to the feeling depot.

Lucky road was wet and slippery.

I was just driving by when I noticed what was going on. No need to tell tanker driver what he already knew.
