So a father and son are driving down the road… Father is teaching the value of money to his young son…

Father – See that car, maybe one day you’ll start driving with a new car like that… Small Volkswagen… Cheap affordable… Costs about 100 times 10 ice cream cones

Father – That car there is called a Mercedes… Costs lots of money… You would have to buy 1000 times 10 ice cream cones to buy that car…

Son… That’s a lot of ice cream cones dad

Father – Yes it is… Oh that car is a BMW… pretty fancy car and it costs about 1000 times 10 ice cream cones too…

Father – That one is a Bentley… That costs 5000 times 10 ice cream cones

Son – That’s a lot of ice cream cones dad… I don’t think I can eat that many

Father – that one is Ferrari… Costs 1000 times 1000 ice cream cones

Son – Golly dad who eats that many ice cream cones ?

Father ALL EXCITED POINTING TO CAR – That one son, no one can afford it now…

Son – WHY can I not buy that car if I have lots of ice cream cones ???

FATHER SADLY LOOKING AT SON – Well son, it’s a great car, affordable, cheap and good gas mileage…

Son – So what’s the problem, I can but that when I grow up

Father – Well son the sad truth is that it has so much sheets of plywood and lumber on the roof that no one will ever be able to afford that car… I’m afraid they don’t make enough ice cream cones in the world to buy that car…

and that couple driving that small car are really really really super rich people

Son – Dad some day I am gong to be a used lumber salesman and buy that car instead of using ice cream cones..
