As I sit in the Federal Court, Courts Administration Setvices, I concur with the decision – Reason is simple… if you were to allow spam messages unfettered restrictions on its conduct, A.I. would flood the net down to a crawl no matter how much unlimited bandwidth added. CASL requires consent balances needs of both… the sender and receiver for a sensible use of vital infrastructure 😁
