My suggestion…
Neigbours should keep both of their eyeballs in their own backyards…
And if perched from on up high…
Then close the damn window curtains of your unit if it truly offends your sensibilities to the point that you cannot contain your voyeurism…
So the critical question becomes…
If someone is nude inside… as a voyeur are you going to call the nude bylaw department to dispatch an officer and another peeping Tom to watch until you are thrilled to the max and then have a chat about it ???
Get real… Victorian age is long gone
The internet is proof enough on XXX channels
