Bars of soap, soap lotions and hand sanitizers should have a special color and or faint obvious smell included into them…
They color or smell disappears after rubbing for whatever amount of time is required to make it effective in purpose of little critter control
Maybe for other items such as laundry for clothes that may have also been exposed if reused.
BUT CAUTION… MORE SMELLY STUFF DOES NOT MAKE IT BETTER BUT HAS EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE EFFECT ON POTENTIALLY SICK PEOPLE
