Debate to your heart’s content.
However, debate nothwithstanding since this is the subject of making exceptional statutes laws under section 33 of the Canadian Constitution, let me state for the record the following –
FACT #1 – IF THE 1982 CONSTITUTION WAS NOT REPATRIATED AND A NEW ORDER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS THE NORM FOR CANADA AND A SIGNAL OF NEW UNIVERSAL HUMAN RIGHTS ENTRENCHED WITHIN IT…
YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT TO DENY OTHERS OF BASIC INALIENABLE RIGHTS THAT ARE UNIVERSAL NATURAL JUSTICE.
LIKE IT OR NOT, 2 NEGATIVES IN THIS CASE DOES NOT MAKE A POSITIVE AND CARRIES NO WEIGHT OF MOMENTUM IN A FAILED CAUSE.
GIVING THE IMPRESSION THAT TO BAN ONE RIGHT, AND A CONSEQUENCE ALL OTHER RIGHTS MUST EQUALLY SUFER AND SHARE THE SAME FATE IS STUPID AND WORST, IT SETS PRECEDENCE TO ALLOW DESPOTS TO ALTER EVOLUTION BASED ON BOTH CCOMMON LAW AND CIVIL CODES.
TRULY BILL 21 IS ABOUT THE HORRIFIC FEAR OF A PERSON (NEVER MIND MALE/FEMALE OR A FUTURE A.I. ROBOT FOR THAT MATTER) USING A VEIL TO COMPLETELY COVER UP THEIR TRUE INTENTIONS.
FOR LAW & ORDER, SECURITY IS OF UTMOST CONCERN AND THE FEAR FACTOR IS THAT THE INTENTION IS TO 911 EVERYONE IN PROXIMITY AND CREATE PANIC.
HENCE, TO AVOID LAWSUITS AND CHALLENGES, WE BAN ALL RELIGIOUS SYMBOLS TO COVER ASS AND USE THE UNIQUE POSITION OF BEING A MINORITY STATE TO CREATE AN ILLEGAL AND BLATANTLY WRONG LAW THAT DENIES DISTINCT GROUPS THEIR FREEDOMS AND RIGHTS UNDER THE CANADIAN CHARTER USING A NOTWITHSTANDING CLAUSE.
IF SECURITY OF STATE IS THE NOBLE GOAL, THEN BY ALL DEFINITIONS WHY NOT USE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE?
THE ANSWER IS – SIMPLY BECAUSE IT WOULD AMOUNT TO A BIG BROTHER STATE WHICH AT THIS POINT IN TIME IS UNPALATABLE – FOR NOW.
YET THE CREEP FACTOR OF CRITICAL MASS WILL NO DOUBT MAKE IT OTHERWISE AT SOME OTHER POINT IN TIME IN THE FUTURE.
SO THE QUESTION BECOMES – HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU ETHICALLY AND MORALLY USE THE NOTWITHSTANDING CLAUSES TO BAN THINGS THAT YOU FEAR???
SO THAT ALL MAY ENJOY PEACE OF MIND SECURITY IN A BOXED IN VIRTUAL REALITY OF YOUR UTOPIAN VISIONS?
HOW MUCH AND HOW FAR ARE THOSE IN POWER WILLING TO PUSH THE ETHICAL AND MORAL LINE IN THE SAND TO GET THEIR WAY?
TRULY IF NIQABS AND IDENTIFICATION ARE YOUR TRUE ENEMIES, HAS THERE BEEN ONE INCIDENT IN NORTH AMERICA WHERE A BOMBER HAS USED THAT AS A MEANS OF SENDING A MESSAGE TO EVERYONE?
IT MAY Happen!
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FACT THAT A BILL 21 OR MORE DRACONIAN LAWS ARE IN PLACE. HOWEVER, SOMEONE BLOWING UP SOMETHING WILL NOT BE BECAUSE THEY WERE DENIED A SIMPLE RIGHT UNDER THE CHARTER.
IT WILL BE BECAUSE OF A LONGSTANDING GREVIANCE OF A HISTORICAL WRONG THAT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AND HAS FAILED TO BE HEARD BY THOSE IN POWER.
BTW – IF YOU USE THE NOTWITHSTANDING CLAUSE, THEN THANK PIERRE TRUDEAU AND THOSE WHO HAD THE STRENGTH TO DECLARE YOUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS TODAY AND ALLOWS YOU TO BEING OUTSPOKEN.
TRULY, BILL 21 IS SEMINAL IN IT’S GRASP OF TOTAL POWER.
WHAT’S NEXT ON THE AGENDA ???
WHAT RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS ARE UP TO DISSECTION AND LOST IN DIVISION ???
