#3 – ACCOMODATION FOR MEDICAL REASONS AND LET PEOPLE IN UNITS NEARBY DECIDE AND BRING YOUR CASE TO RTA BOARD IF NEED BE
#4 – ENTIRELY SMOKING BUILDING
OTHERWISE YOU ARE ON THIN ICE
