Hmmm, with a little bit of luck, foresight and intelligent planning ahead of time, I would consider adding the TOTALLY UNDER SEAWATER MALL DESIGN.
Given the rate of ice the Artic and Antarctica is losing, having a design model that withstands that test of time demonstrates intelligence.
