For those whose optic nerves still function and other similar cases.
It my NOT be necessary to completely restore eyesight with whatever gizmo.
How about just pulses of DOTS/WAVES or something along those lines.
The brain will try to decode the MORSE CODE DOTS while the ears and hands do the rest to give the pulses meaning ???
Just a thought.
