Not quite right.
The integration of differences together into a whole of BODY/MIND/SPIRIT that is a representation of the image of the creator, then the standard definition of release should also include bodily changes whether perceptual or not, including memories and emotions.
Memories & emotions are the final products that initially are started by physical corporal changes finding the shortest paths of expression between internal to external for communication purposes. Regardless whether or not they make any sense or are acceptable to those who experience them or other people.
Mental Illnesses are the perfect examples ! Their ROOT BASIS is physical FIRST, then emotional and then memory referencing to understand the ‘WHY’ !
The NORMAL human order is physical root, then memory comparisons then emotional response, then expression !
