While Japan is not a direct target, future events and their repercussions may have the same effect.

I highly suggest follow David Suzuki’s advice and change direction on nuclear power plants.

Same goes for Korea and any other nation having nuclear installations near any body of water.

The better safe than sorry warning is a good political decision.
