MBTI Professionals = Change is in order

An additional WORD & Letter should be added to the current model.

As it stands – when a person is borderline on test results the usual method I understand is to plug them into a category regardless to come up with the standard model.

The way to get around this is to be re-tested at whatever agreed upon intervals if at all.

A person is left with the label impression as their fixed starting point.

Obviously when the results are clear, they speak for themselves with no ambiguity.

However for others sometimes it’s not so clear, especially when they are in periods of flux and change and need some anchor to help them through that change.

I am proposing and suggesting that the Word – ‘VARIABLE’ or ‘VERSATILE’ be added with it’s corresponding Letter ‘V’ to the model.

That can be plugged into any of the current placeholders where borderline test results indicate a ‘SWITCH’ from one side or the other of the coin.

The value of this is clear. A person understands themselves better and know’s they can flip depending on circumstances in time when change is of high enough magnitude. It then becomes crystal clear to that person where they fit in time.

Furthermore, it may help to spur more re-testing for those who are still sitting on the fence with respect to their initial starting results.

I highly recommend MBTI testing. It gives you a snapshot of where you are in the Dance of Life & NRGY and makes it easier to navigate the waters understanding yourselves from a traditional standard model accepted by society’s own values. Furthermore, when change becomes imminent, voluntary or not, you have something to reference to back in time to see where you stand NOW and how to set your future course given options.
