I’ll just add here an added element and try to explain as briefly as possible.
Walking is great – helps to move things around the body and spread out health risks by unblocking stuck NRGY if you will. Whatever is going on for you, bit by bit things change.
The most important thing and What Matters Most in all health exercises is this –
Conscious Will to get past that Brick Wall and barrier that there is nothing you can do about your condition. So if you need a little motivational help, look around and see where you can find that Begin with the End in Mind reason for doing what needs to be done.
During any exercise, without Oxygen and plenty of it, you’re just going around in circles spinning your wheels getting nowhere. Think of it as putting clothes into a washing machine filled with dirty water not looking first. You may think all that exercise is good, but really all your doing is burning calories and not doing anything about the whole point of the exercise.
The root basis of physical health starts with good food with the right amounts of calories, vitamins, minerals, proteins and low in fats that end up causing blockages. Fats trap toxins – in a nutshell. It’s a defensive mechanism that has been created through evolution to manage risks by the body. The body is smarter than you think even though we in modern society treat it as a second class citizen compared to our brains and mind.
Toxins come in many forms and types. Some are well managed by the fats we store, others so strong that fats stand little chance. Cancers are the best documented and that’s a subject for another time.
Of course, besides good food, good water source and finally Oxygen and plenty of it. The way our bodies metabolizes food to transform into useful pieces and parts for our bodies to use depends entirely on the quality of Oxygen. If breathing is superficial and shallow, exercise will be short and useless defeating it’s purpose. Deep belly breathing into your lower body near the NAVEL area is best. It massages all the organs in the process helping to dislodge internal fat storage around organs so they can do the best job they were intended to do.
Now let me add this vital piece of information about Oxygen. It’s temperature is very important. The colder the air to a certain tolerable level the more ‘SHARP’ and concentrated it is. The point is – more bang for the buck. It carries with it more NRGY potential to make things happen within the human body.
One of those things is to create an electrical charge within the lungs during the exchange of Oxygen & Carbon Dioxide. The electrical charge gets distributed within the body by the Rib Cage and funneled to the spine for further distribution to the brain for processing.
It’s almost instantaneous. Hence if you notice, people sniffling and noses dripping, that the ‘SAW POWER’ of Oxygen’s enormous stored potential NRGY being released making useful work of providing calories, but more importantly health and LIFE.
It’s a little bit more complicated, but hopefully you get it now.
So remember this during the walks – tell everyone to slow down a bit. It’s not a contest to the finish line, but a very important for them to connect all the dots together to get healthy.
It all starts with a little mindful thinking and deep breathing while exercising.
