To say that Toronto and Ontario has a gun problem is probably an understatement.

I’m starting to think in a Constitutional Amendment to add a similiar clause as in the U.S. Constitution — > the right to bear arms.

Of course it would be modernized to this day and age – no assault weapons on penalty of instant death if caught with one.

I would think that would be effective enough, don’t you think ?
