Before I go into more details, I’m asking now to head off worst. This is the just in case better be safe than sorry model, because if I don’t do this, help us all if my subconscious and Dragon side decide to team up and wreck havoc or worst.

I’ll put this as politely as possible given circumstances.

I am asking China to start a direct dialogue with the Dalai Lama on his re-integration within Tibet.

I understand that Tibet has been a point of contention. Tibet should be left as a state within a state for the sole purpose of spiritual endeavors. Yes it can modernize, no doubt bringing better living conditions would help both the people of Tibet and China. But in no way should Buddhist monks be harassed, harmed, bullied, imprisoned or killed for their beliefs.

I authorize the Dalai Lama to speak on my behalf and act as a proxy for me if he wishes to come to a peaceful agreement with China.

Let it be known that Tibet will never be a source of harm and fear for China. It should be a sanctuary for the highest possible spiritual endeavors here on Earth and China and it’s wise leaders will do what they can to help facilitate this process and transition.

China is authorized to make sure that those who falsely claim and pretend to be Buddhists are to be dealt with to insure that China is not harmed irreparably by it’s goodwill towards both it’s people and Tibetans.

The international community shall keep it’s distance and let both China and Tibet work out a mutually satisfactory arrangement in both their interests. Those two parties are free to request help if they so wish.

In time China will see the wisdom and need for moral and ethical values and anchors rooted in spiritual traditions as it’s population seeks meaning with it’s new found wealth and freedoms.

Let Tibet change and grow, yet maintain it’s simplicity so as not to become corrupted itself.

So is my will and decision.
