Canadians can air issues on cellphone contracts at CRTC hearings
Untangle this horrible mess and being held hostage to companies who gouge people without conscience.
Even this past week’s experience which I was fully prepared to go through became a confirmation of everything that is wrong with the industry.
When companies mission statements of profit at your expense clash and don’t jive, a simple firmware upgrade signal(what makes the phone tick) sent to your cell or smartphone renders it useless, especially if out of warranty, you have no choice but to buy another ‘BETTER’ current model from them or bite the dust and eat crow.
You are gouged on billing, rampant free apps that are malware and virus ladden and resets all your data and information on the phone back to the stone age and then firmware magically all by itself installs and renders the phone ‘BROKEN’.
What a system !!!
And that’s not even discussing the spy world of CSIS and company !!!
CHANGE AND GET THIS BROKEN THING FIXED !
