Give the insurance company the bill. Otherwise if you aren’t insured return the bill to 911 and tell them where to stick it.
If the fire department has the balls to bill, take the bull by the horns and bill them balls plus interest.
That should make it clear how bills with poor 911 delays should be handled.
If you’re still having trouble, keep the bill aside and I’ll deal with it in time.
