Fair enough, if Doctors feel based on their conscience not to prescribe Marijuana to patients based on doubtful medical information at best and worst the real possibility of harm to their patient.

By the same token, if all other medications don’t pass the mustard and cause harm to patients for drugs slammed through highly skewed and dubious trials and test subjects where the stats are in the pharmaceutical company’s favor to make a billion bucks or so, then let Doctors eat crow when it comes time to pay the lawyers, court costs and lawsuits arising from their lack of conscience and collective heads in the sand syndromes.

It doesn’t take a Ph. D. to figure out that a vast majority of the prescribe drugs on the market are just as bad and even more harmful than street drugs. Once given legal permission to do medically prescribe medication, patients as well as Doctors think that the more the merrier in terms of dealing with medical conditions. Till death does everyone part….. Stupid and utterly disgusting !

No wonder cities, provinces/states and national governments are in debt over their heads. Going after the small guys costs a fortune and does little to deter these issues. All it does is make Police and authorities look like bullies and aggressors in the public mind. Most of all it creates an atmosphere of disrespect for the law and those who swear to uphold it. In the end more lawyers get paid to try to fix a broken system that just isn’t willing to bend to common sense.

How many more people end up in jails and fix me up institutions at taxpayers expense ????
