In Japan’s schools, a homemade meal for lunch

Be it in Japan, Korea or China for that matter, given the Nortel Networks unethical moral debacle of gain at all costs mentality for the few to the many’s financial loss, we are an obsessed global entity putting all our stakes on retirement numbers which too often come up short and put us in dire straits.

The mentality attitude of damn the torpedos and to hell with the rest of humanity, whether our own families in inheritance and/or divorce, neighbours in need when we are too embarrassed about our investment losses speak for themselves.

In the case of Japan as a slice of the Pi in the Sky metaphor, my perception is that all is not right in the land of OZ. In a country of say 130 million souls, suicide by stress is predominant and pervasive yet the emphasis is put on home made meals in schools.

Take a moment to gaze upon the pictures of these young girls. Innocent in age, yet stoic like the British in accepting it’s fate and place within society.

Is it no wonder that these young girls will become part of a system that one day will lead to the breakup of their family units and lead men to commit suicide.

Unspeakable if you are Japanese, yet reality.

What this means to me in importance is that Japan has forgotten the importance of food and it’s Destiny.

I would whole heartedly consult with Michio Kushi and ask for help, humbly if I were Japanese. Yet, I have decided that I best serve the world from an outsider’s perspective and would rather point out what is wrong while keeping it on the table until solved.

Not pretty, but necessary.

Japan isn’t to be singled out. Korea is my prime target. If we can’t get Korea to get it’s act together because of it’s acceptance of corruption by Western standards, then there is no hope left.

Simply put, I’ve reached a limit on my tolerance for the way people are treated. Whether in proximity or by distance. To me, there is no difference, people are in pain everywhere and I won’t tolerate it’s continuation. We’ve reached an endpoint in time to decide one way or another.

You are warned.
