These are all inter-related, from the small boy in need to the big picture of excess and not keeping your eye on the ball – water where it is needed to produce cheap plentiful NRGY.
So yes there is a major problem like every country even in countries such as Canada about drug use. It’s all relate to poverty, easy temptation, lack of hope and a better future. When things are difficult most people find pleasure in little things that gets them hooked on the wrong things because of corruption and lost of moral/ethical values.
As usual it boils down to money, power, sex, drugs.
Brazil will continue to have major problems because it’s NRGY is exposed to intense FIRE NRGY being in the southern hemisphere.
Better get a handle on all things that ails, cause it’s gonna get a whole lot worse for the whole country if it doesn’t decide what is the proper course to take. Self Destruction or a living breathing model of virtue on the South American continent.
As with all things FIRE, the window of opportunity is small, quick and then gone in a flash. That leaves the real possibility of being burnt to a crisp and all that’s left are ashes.
If it can turn things around, then that will help the African continent too. Tall order, we’ll know soon enough.
