There should be a flat income tax on the GROSS income for these individuals and corporations. This is to avoid playing with the bottom line numbers once expenses are taken into account. If need be make sure that any loopholes are not taken advantage of to avoid paying their fair share.
This would not impact in the least bit job creation and employment. Why, because the potential for even higher taxes could be levied against individuals and corporations thinking of off shoring or shifting jobs around to avoid paying.
A minimum of 10% would not be unreasonable to make sure they pay taxes like everyone.
Go from there on making it a sliding scale the higher the income.
