Let my landlord know that I wanted to revise the move out date to March 1, 2013 instead of February 1.

Will wait and see what the scoop is with the Drop In Center for 3 week SAfety/Equipment certification course starting January 7.

I’m on standby for the time being but need to show up in case of a no show no later than 8:00am.

If I get into the course, fine work around the course hours to find work. If not I’ll be in the February course instead. In the meantime will spread out instead of focusing just entirely on construction which looks like a dead end with all the poor quality candidates looking for the same type of work and even then they don’t seem to have better luck getting work.

I suspect that even here in Calgary, it’s being hit by the economic holdback ! It’s not a matter of finding skilled workers, but getting work to begin with for ordinary Canadians.
