I would go so far as to say that whomever makes waves and upsets the powers that be – become targets of political bullies in the parking ticket departments of the City of Ottawa, OPP targets of orchestrated setups with the help of questionable employers who hand you keys to unfit to drive vehicles only to hand you tickets.

It’s bad enough when you see it for yourself when a scurvy little man of a district manager for OCH is running around threatening to ticket you in an underground parking – only to bully you to move your vehicle and then the very next day in another parking spot slap you with a ticket he so proudly thought he could get away with impunity.

The name – Steve Hanson – district office manager for OCH at 380 Murray Street.

Yes it’s a big claim – however it is organized bullying from the top down on little guys everywhere -and Ottawa leads by example.

Mark my words, one day soon this racket of pick pocketing and bullying of the little guys will come to an end.
