Jack a past tenant at 30 Rundlelawn Close where I live, while not a fan of his with his rabid aggressive attitude did point out the obvious which I can concur and definitely vouch for.

Jack pointed out with accuracy James being a pedophile. Having observed his coming and going about the house and poking anything with a hole, mostly young guys, I would agree with Jack’s statement.

James was abducted which he admitted to and abused. He’s a pedophile in wait with his new fancy thing with his recent cheating girlfriend and a young son.
