BBC online – Cars turn to AUGMENTED REALITY – This is gonna be BIG, mark my words

I can’t wait to see how the provinces and especially Ontario and the OPP deal with this.

My guess is that my GPS Navigation software loaded on my laptop will be considered old school discussion.

See Mr. bad guy OPP officer – next time don’t argue about GPS software – whether it’s loaded on a laptop or little GPS thing-a ma-jiggy on the dash which I say is way more dangerous. Small little screens to type navigation requests for info are DANGEROUS.

I don’t need to go to OPP school to learn that.

BTW – anyone can tell me if the Ottawa Police is right or OPP and if they dealt with Bell Truck driving around Ottawa with a similar laptop rackmount between front seats using I would have to guess is GPS navigation software.

Mine was using Microsoft Streets & Trips that Sentel Communications required us to use while I was working for them in Kemptville.
