Great thinking and hopefully will catch on. Getting out of school with astronomical bills is an invitation to crime. You can’t make ends meet so girls turn to prostitution, guys to drug dealing and then it gets nastier and worst.
Next thing you know, families torn apart and kids left parentless from divorce or murder suicide.
It’s a great start at social change from bottom’s up. I’m sure that successful students will want to TOP up colleges who are helping these initiatives once they are in a position to do so.
Gotta start somewhere to help young kids get a leg up out of poverty, misery and destitution from little or no quality education by a thousand cuts and while left holding million dollar debt bags.
