Ikea regrets using forced labour in East Germany
Okay, here’s the deal, if IKEA is truly sorry, this late in the game, let it show it’s compassion by becoming a model for all other companies to help those incarcerated in jail globally.
Let IKEA set the standard to help reform inmates and they can take on any areas of the world, but should start by the very area that started all of this.
I’m upset to say the least, but open minded enough that if you can and are willing, I’ll concede that the difference will be in the lives of men and women of East Germany that suffered for so long.
Let it stand the test of time and set a measure of standard from which other companies will want to emulate.
