Please make sure that all individual names of NATIONAL ENERGY BOARD BECOMES EASILY ACCESSED and any other government, corporation or individual who would want to take advantage of those less fortunate.
Publishing names is all I’m asking and Baselining the Reference and centralizing it with multiple distributed copies for safe keeping.
