How about for news apps that you can rent – so many articles, videos, archives or whatever too?
While we’re at it, how about Cell & Smartphone Service Providers that rent out Data based on bandwidth needs to consumers as opposed to only Download Caps and limits. Not all consumers need tons of capacity, some need quality streaming too.

Time lost loading to clouds, downloading back and still having to manage it all over the place on different devices and still losing it are over with your concept.
