Mom of murdered Lacey Jones-McKnight says they didn’t know who to turn to for help

This is what I definitely call bullying on a larger scale. Okay it’s not just young kids being bullied to death any more. It’s a whole spectrum of ages. Definitely not on the collective heads in the sandbox of society’s radar in dealing with these issues. It’s time that everyone in all age ranges get together and shout, scream make noise and get bullying laws changed so that they reflect reality. Police are in handcuffs unable to deal with these issues head-on no matter what your age because it’s easier and cheaper to deal with something tangible. Police have limited resources and people. In this case it’s obvious that the system failed after a mother repeatedly tried to get help. Lawmakers, policy makers, social workers, communities at large, kids, teenagers, abused spouses, harassed workers need to butt heads to table issues and make them visible. The louder and visible with star attraction will get it started. It’ll be a long and winding road like MADD and Distracted Driving laws before it’s working. But at least it’ll be a start. More lives will be lost before someone takes it seriously unfortunately. The longer the wait, the more the toll will rise.

I’ll have more on the subject later on.
