I whole hearted agree with David Suzuki. What I would like to add though is the following pieces to the puzzle for the younger generations….

1. Be Critical to learn how to choose wisely – keep insisting and asking questions until you have all the pieces of the picture firmly understood in your mind. It is the insurance for a healthy body/mind/spirit connection in absolutely everything in and around you, from the smallest atom in your body to the biggest objects in the Universe. Everything is connected whether you understand it or not.

2. Seek to understand NRGY in all it various forms – visible & invisible.

3. Know yourself so that you may become the Master of your own Destiny. ENERGY = MASTER of YOUR OWN DESTINY !

4. Help others through compassion through respect, dignity of all human forms in the Dance of Life.

5. Remember that everything works in cycles and repeats over and over, but changes because of the way NRGY follows the same pattern as the form of a SPIRAL. YIN/YANG, MALE/FEMALE, POSITIVE/NEGATIVE, UP/DOWN, IN/OUT, etc….. Law of Opposites and Compliments work together – Be inclusive and understand difference to integrate into ONE WHOLE. Heaven is in you and all around you – is the ultimate law of Universal NRGY.

6. Once you understand and can make all these elments work together in day to day activities of your own Dance of Life you can overcome and conquer absolutely everything within your sphere of influence by your own personal NRGY. Remember first things first by keeping the end in mind first with what matters most — > N.E.W.S. NRGY !

The end result of putting together a Master Piece is that wisdom and experience comes together at the appropriate time & place(CONSCIOUS CHOICE), so that natural processes are soundly adhered to without introducing artificial constructs which results in countless human misery without end.

Finally understand that change is present when the exception to the rule needs to be acknowledged. A TrueFreeSpirit cannot be contained – it is the whole integrated Universe in a simple nutshell without a whole lot of complicated explanations.
