Bullying takes on many forms, even subtle ones when your an adult. I’m proof positive that at 48 years of age back in 2007 until 54 years of age today that it exists and is alive and well.
Case in point – Famous first words from a consultant hired by the City of Ottawa who posted a non-occupancy order on 882 Baseline Road back on May 8, 2007 –
I quote DONALD PROULX – “Robert you have rights, exercise them”…. as he left and started our financial death spiral into hell with the City of Ottawa and guaranteed the resulting ensuing divorce between my ex-wife and myself. Add insult to injury – ESA cut off all our electricity at our second property that we were forced to live in third world conditions.
Last but not least 1 year ago to this day, Children’s Aid Society abducted both my own children using predatory language disguised as death threats against both of my own children uttered by me in front of a French Catholic elementary school principal. And defunct, useless Ontario Legal Aid Lawyers who couldn’t, wouldn’t stand their ground to help me.
Today, I’m announcing what I consider to be minimum dollar values that I equate with what we call our Rights under the Canadian Constitution and in all civilized democracies around the world. In today’s world, when we can spend billions of dollars and countless lives to defend those rights abroad, we can, especially I, stand up and say that is what I consider minimums against calculated, malicious, intentional and destructive behaviours and motivations to breech those rights in Canada. Other individuals of similar Conscience can apply their own dollar values with respect to their own governing systems.
As such, today I declare that my own valuation of each and every right under the Canadian Constitution is worth no less than $1 Billion Canadian dollars.
I AM THAT I AM – I dare any logical, reasonable person who cherishes our democratic rights to lower this amount in court when I present my case against each and every single stakeholder who breeched, violated and raped each of my Canadian Charter of Rights. The list is long and will be tabled and listed for public consumption at a later date.
A note of caution – the second part of this public notice is that I am reserving the right to withhold my Plan ‘B’ insurance guarantee. This insures for the moment no panic – however let me say that my eagerness to implement it is growing bigger by the day. It may occur without notice and is subject to change without notice. It’s a roll of the dice which will come first, however I’ll guarantee you this – either way I win, no ifs ands or buts. Plan ‘B’ now has of late just begun to be as enticing and alluring as the time that I have spent in the Dungeon in Montreal and is awful tempting and definitely easier to implement than Plan ‘A’. No matter what the outcome, I Master my Destiny now and forever and will follow through on both. Whichever one wins first – I win. The great part of this is that I change scripts on demand now that I know how without being tied to any pre-determined written scripts.

I feel flattered that over the span of many years, I have been an unwitting Baseline Reference sounding board. Welcome to my new world, where if Rights are enshrined in print, espoused by words, lived in principle, then they shall be worth their weight in Human Spirit and Gold.
Let’s all just hope that the Billion dollar bucks stops short of our boundaries, afterwards it will hit the Trillion dollar mark. 🙂
