Question for Toronto – Is the City of Toronto waiting for disasters à la Province du Quebec – ie – Boulvard de la Concorde overpass to take infrastructure problems seriously. Seems like lawsuits are 100% bound to happen. It’s a question of time – statistically speaking time is not on it’s side.
So the real question remains – who has the balls to tackle these types of problems and start dealing with them. You’ve got my vote for being smart !
