Let’s see if the argument holds economically over time with the tax bills. This should be interesting. To date, I’ve never seen anything any city initiative that has actually resulted in lower tax bills over time due to espousing great new ideas, least of all the environment in which we see continual gas price increases at the pump in the name of using public transit, cyclying and telecommuting as alternatives.
