Guess that’s what the deal was with the 882 Baseline intentional delays by the City of Ottawa property inspector Brad Shear.
Guess I’m a little slow on the bribing of officials. Never came to mind, but know I understand why people do it. Still not right – Oh well at least there’s still honesty left in some people in the world.
