Regardless of Staci Bond’s behaviour, I cannot condone the unprofessional conduct. If there’s a moral to this story, it’s this. War time attitudes don’t apply in a civilized society. The purpose of Police officers everywhere is to ensure public safety and to keep the peace. Yes if there was a concern for Staci’s safety, then officers should have clearly stated it to her outloud and verbally, made notes and proceeded in a ethical dignified and respectful manner.

To date, all I’ve concluded is that the cutting off and naked situation was a knee jerk reaction to her conduct of reacting to the humiliation of the situation. Sexual violation included by having someone put their hands down her pants.

All around, from initial arrest to being jailed naked, totally unprofessional. Poor training and protocol in my mind. Police officers are just as susceptible to reactionary behavior as their charges. After all they’re humans under constant stress and pressures.
