BS I say to that. Obviously stats don’t match what I’ve seen at ground level since then. Ottawa jobs alone suck big time, no doubt about it. Get your heads out of the Net Cloud and roll up sleeves to see what people are faced with on a daily basis. No better place than Kemptville to see the poor quality of jobs available to everyday people.
