Let’s just hope so after my little jaunt with my former boss to Langdon, Alberta to do stairs & eat at a local burger joint about a month ago. Wisely, I declined to eat there. He unfortunately and a few others, well had burgers. Who knows, maybe just a figment of my imagination. But Mad Cow was on my mind and told him so.

I’m sure everyone survived. But these big processing plants all over Canada and no Federal Inspectors. Well, let me just say this so that no one loses jobs. Get more inspectors in these PLANTS ! Alot of them are automated and process lots and lots of meat. This is a major safety issue.
