So it’s not my place to change what’s within other organizations rules and agendas. But here is a man first of all, then a police officer and now in a world of hurt and trying to rebuild. He’s admitted, hopefully corrected, learned and is able to teach his own kind. Take it from there and make it work for everyone. It could have been worst, yet it wasn’t thankfully. Now the trick is to reach out to many others who are in the same situation and hopefully avoid much worst within the ranks.
Learning before something happens and taking preventative measures is one footstep in the right direction.
