Here’s a suggestion from using your Panache model. Could you make your HotSpot connectivity software a little more user friendly.

I can’t manually see or set what is going on. As a techie, I want fine granular control on my settings if I’m having connectivity issues to diagnose the problems with my cellphone provider and data carrier.

I also want to be able to setup clients manually IP and DNS addresses like routers. Hey what about firewalls for security ?

How about firmware upgrades that keeps these things inline with the times.

We’ll still want the next big iPxxx model, so firmware upgrades will not chew into your bottom lines. It’s all about improving userability and making it the next big iPhone competitor.
