Why does this feel very much like what the City of Ottawa’s hypocritical tactics of placing decoys into place so as to rebuff discrimination on it’s part if things go south and become sidewinders.
Or is it Ottawa Housing Community as the housing provider the responsible party that shows the City of Ottawa how to do and put in place discrimination based on false fronts of appearances.
Would I be cynical in thinking that this type of behaviour was handed down the line from upper echelons of power all to City of Ottawa politicians, supervisors, project managers, bylaw officers and in conjunction with City of Ottawa utilities and Ottawa Community Housing.
No, that would be too far fetched.
Let’s just stick with this story and somehow wait until the light of day is shed on a non-disclosure agreement. It’ll happen, I guarantee it.
No one, absolutely no one will ever escape my determination at digging up the truth, whatever the cost. Go ahead dig those deep graves, you’ll need them someday.
