So people have been asking and wondering about my diet – what’s up with that !!!

Ha, it’s not the Macrobiotic diet that was important to me. It was all about understanding the underlying principle of how it works.

If it weren’t for Judy back in 1987 – 1989, I would have definitely said the diet is full of B.S.

But once I got how food choices impacts you based on it’s energy principles, wow – I got it !

Now let’s fast forward to 1998 when I met my dear ex-wife. Being of Korean origin and putting together my understanding of energy principles in theory and some practice, I knew relatively little about that nation. However what did catch my eyes were the Korean flag.

A a-ha moment for sure !

Nine Star Ki symbols on a country’s flag front and center is not only thought provoking, but intentionally placed for a future reference to all people to remember it’s significance in Oriental Spiritual philosophies. Bingo hit the jackpot in being able to put 2 + 2 and get a better answer than 4.

So, being naturally inclined to have food as a main pre-occupational interest, led me to investigate Korean food and it’s energetic properties. Wow, bang on. Got it now.

Let’s fast forward to 2008 – present shall we. With my divorce and energy requirements, vegetarian or plant based foods were not enough to fend off all the bad guys and subsequent attacks. So I went back to my original childhood roots and upbringing.

As a young kid raised in the 60’s and being French/Italian origin, I was raised on copious amounts in fact too much diary products. Such was the life in Montreal at the time. Until the 1980’s while living with my parents and I changed my diet radically starting in 1982, I was fed astronomical amounts of red meat and pork.

So after my divorce, being almost burnt out from the stress of married life and City of Ottawa attacks, I returned almost full time to a red meat diet to rebuild my strength. Slow, but it worked. Took almost 3 full years. However, most of the time I avoided pork due to my concerns. Last winter as some of you tracking me noticed, I started buying bacon. Not much, but still. Bacon by itself has huge problems, but it does have some redeeming features. I used it primarily to rebuild fat stores within my body as extra energy storage and more importantly another vital element.

Due to my exposure in the Dungeon to nefarious substances, I became very sensitive to very subtle vibrational energy. So what I did intentionally was to eat bacon and specifically the fat to use in rebuilding myelin sheating around all my central nervous system and neurons specifically – all consciously. Works quite well I can assure you. So there you have it, no food is bad entirely if you understand it’s underlying energetic principles and use it wisely and moderately until it has served your purposes. The trick is to eat just the right amount so as to remain open to sensitive subtle energies around you. Hyper-sensitive individuals usually become insane – right, hypo-sensitive – indifferent to eveything(basically zombies) – they couldn’t care less.

Sort of like how do you serve multiple Masters, Answer – make sure all your needs are met first and foremost be each and everyone of them while in their service. Simple, effective and it’s a 2 way street. No one losses, no one wins. It all comes out in the wash when the dirty laundry goes through the spiral cycles.

Smile people, I’ve still got a long ways to go to manipulate FULLY the properties of everything around me in NRGY form, but one thing is sure, I’ve got food down pat. It’s an art and as pleasurable as sex for sure. 2 down, 1 to go.

OMG I LOVE NRGY !

Side note – as some may have noticed very lately, I’m eating eggs. And I hate eggs since my childhood – can’t stand the taste. Let’s see what happens with that shall we ? Afterall it’s about being open to new things and whether I hate it or not, got to find out what makes it tick, just like being in the Dungeon.

If you only knew the whys of all the red meat in the last few years, you would freak out, so let’s just say it’s working. I’m a devious NRGY and enjoying it to the hilt! Did I say – OMG I LOVE NRGY, not enough apparently!

And let’s not talk about coffee and cream shall we, Tim Hortons is going to have a bird.
