Workplace accidents are intentionally created. I’m a firsthand witness to the business of causing intentional injuries and death in the workplace. More places need stringent oversight to make sure that employers are not on the hook for the corrupted conduct and collusion of employees as a whole.
More needs to be done to insure a clear chain of command in case of emergencies and employee problems within the workplace.
